UK Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Standard delivery costs £4.99. Delivery is free when the final order total, after any discounts, is £30 or more.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Second Class Signed For delivery. Please allow approximately 4–5 working days for your order to arrive.
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, please email info@bombshellco.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the eligible products.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons, including skincare, bath and body products, cannot be returned once the seal has been opened or broken unless the product is faulty.
Sale and discounted products have the same return rights as full-priced products.
Customers are responsible for return postage when returning an unwanted product. Please obtain proof of postage. Contact us before returning anything so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email info@bombshellco.co.uk with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
We will arrange a suitable refund or replacement and cover reasonable return postage costs where required. Opened products can still be returned if they are faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.
If an entire eligible order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. An eligible product can be returned for a refund and a new order placed through the website. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products may be replaced where appropriate.
